Went to a large event here recently. Great venue, food was ok given the number being served and the staff were amazing. Everyone was really helpful. Room was good Only negative was the only lager at the bar was Camden Hells. Never has a drink been better described. Simply the worst lager out there. Fosters is rubbish but this is worse. Only plus side is I had a much reduced hangover
The staff were all great and made the kids stay extra special. Putting a Christmas movie on was a nice touch. Hotel is very Christmassy, and the little train track is lovely!
Nice golf and leisure hotel, well located outside of Tewkesbury. Mix of modern and old Mansion house so there's some character to the buildings.
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Puckrup Hall with our newborn. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a great environment for us to relax as a family. We really enjoyed using the indoor pool, which was a highlight of the trip, and the parking was easy and convenient. The staff were very welcoming, and the grounds are beautiful for a quiet walk. We noticed it is a very pet-friendly hotel with lots of dogs around, and it was nice to see people out enjoying the golf course. In terms of environment, this place is perfect for couples and families who enjoy spending quality time together in a peaceful setting. It’s ideal if you aren't seeking "high-energy" entertainment but rather want to enjoy each other's space and relax. Highly recommend for families looking for a calm break!
Lovely overnight break at the hotel. Staff were all fantastic, especially Chin on reception. It was my birthday and they really made a fuss for me. Thanks guys, really appreciated it Dinner at the restaurant, breakfast, the gym, pool and spa facilities were all faultless, it was just what we needed, thank you!
One night stay for the firm's party. Very smart with lots of Christmas decorations,. We used thdcooom and hot tub breakfast very good. Only fault was we found an item under our bed so cleaning could gave been better. Hotel most apologetic. The 25% from Blue Light Card was a great bonus.
This is the second time we stayed at the Hilton pucker up. We we loved staying here due to the exceptional staff location, Rooms, food drinks and on site activities. They're also extremely dog friendly. We can't find fault and will definitely be going back again.
Had a great stay here last weekend. Zara at the reception is such a lovely lady. We also won a complimentary room upgrade at their roulette. Will definitely stay again here soon.
